Jan Jilis van Delsen has spent 30 years in the global training, eLearning and learning technologies industries as a commercial leader and board member with a strong track record of growing businesses at scale.
​
Jan strongly believes in giving adults access to great learning experiences enables them to make better choices in their circumstances.
To make that real, he founded Inmisceo in 2018, a business that helps training providers deliver their best impact and multiplying their learner numbers, growing revenues, and expanding into new markets.
​
​He chairs The Business of Training community, where thousands of professionals connect to learn from sector leaders, adopt insights from neuroscience and learning methods, and share what's working. He volunteers his time as Skills Policy Lead London for the FSB, advising SMEs on how to improve their capability.
​
Together, these initiatives have made Jan a strong advocate for the training industry and for the SME business ability to grow.
